It’s New Year’s Eve and I’m about to head off to play a show right before midnight at Schoolhouse Studios in Abbotsford. For some reason it occurred to me that I should probably throw something nominal up on my chronically neglected website before the year’s out.

So, I just wanted to say thanks to anyone who’s checked in here occasionally for being interested in what I’m doing. My new record has obviously taken a lot longer than I said it would, but if I look back on my two years in Melbourne with a certain amount of generosity then it looks like I’ve been busy the whole time. I’ve spent the most man hours learning to be a better producer, and getting together a live show that I’m happier with.

2012 already looks good from here. I’ll be heading to Mona Foma in January as a resident DJ, as well as finishing up the words to this ‘new’ record. Lots more stuff in 2012, I hope.
